ORDERS: All orders places after 1pm, Eastern Standard Time will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST, or on the weekend will be processed the following Monday. We ship Monday-Friday only. Cancelled orders are subject to a $20 processing fee. By placing your order with us, you agree to this policy. All orders must be cancelled prior to their shipment.



Shipping: Charges are calculated based on your order and ship-to location (zip code).



We cannot ship to a P.O. Box - please give a physical address. We use UPS and FEDEX for our shipping.  Most products take 2-4 days to be processed at the manufacturor before being shipped and ALL orders normally a 3 to 5 day transit time, based on location. Return/Exchange policy: Due to the consumable nature of our products, PowderMarket maintains a strict NO RETURN policy on all items.  In the event a product is damaged and MUST be returned, Powder Market will charge a restocking fee of 20%, and any shipping, handling, and taxes will be deducted from the total amount paid.
