Powder Market

All HIGH GLOSS RAL powders are made with Super Durable Polyester-TGIC chemistry.  These powder coatings exhibit good chemical resistance, physical properties such as adhesion, impact and mandrel bend and the gloss retention in outdoor use surpasses standard Polyester-TGIC RAL products offered by other sources. 

Adhesion has been tested using the BYK-Gardner impact tester, and this product yields 140 inch pounds direct and reverse using Bondrite 1000 iron phosphate treated panels.  Cure time at temperature: Range is 10 minutes @ 400°F to 15 minutes @ 375°F metal temperature. 

NOTE: Any variation from the RAL 80-90+ gloss will result in additional charges for color matching.
