Peelable Booth Coating

X-Enviropeel 686  is a brilliant white, water based peelable paint booth coating.  It can be applied to any dry area of the paint booth and upon drying, develops into a very flexable, and peelable film. 

The white film formed on the booth wall collects paint overspray, which is then removed by peeling the film from the booth.  The coating will remain pliable with several coatings of paint overspray.  Enviropeel 686X has no VOC'S and no flashpoint.

Directions for use:

Enviropeel 686X  is formulated to be used directly from the drum as supplied.  No dilutions or adjustments are required.  Application can be done by conventional spray (using a 15:1 spray pump), roller, or brush method.  Refer to application instructions sheet for specific equipment recommendations. 

Allow 30-45 minutes for film to set-ip prior to the start of production. 

Water can be used to clean equipment and any area while materical is still wet.  Once the film is dry, water and most organic solvents will not effect removal.

NOTE: Before applying Enviropeel 686X, clean booth, and make sure to remove old coatings.  Rinse with water spray and blow dry with air hose.  If an Epoxy primer has been applied to the booth, allow paint to cure before applying Enviropeel 686X.
