All of the PCS Vacuums generate great vacuum ability, while requiring low electrical power or input air.  The motor is encased within a silencer module to inhibit noise and reduce return air velocity to prevent stirring up laden powder.  The MicroClean filter is extremely efficient (99.9% @ 0.5 microns), eliminating dust escape through the motor, and is guaranteed to last a minimum of three years before it needs changing.  The vacuum bodies are made from a fiberglass-reinforced, constructed with 900 tons of pressure, compression-molded composite that will not crack, dent, rust, or distort shape and is guaranteed for the life of the vacuum.   All parts are fully grounded to eliminate static build up.  Vacuum comes with heavy duty 3" double casters and base are fully grounded and provide easy portability, low center gravity and base is counterbalanced to prevent tipping.  The foot-actuated drop-down dust pan empties without having to disassemble the vacuum saving labor time and eliminating damage to the vacuum.
